Where will the tea be held?

We’re planning a beautiful evening beneath our party tent. If the weather calls for a cozier setup, we can move to our pavilion and adjoining Activity Center for an indoor/outdoor experience. We’ll adjust the setting with everyone’s comfort in mind.

What should I wear?

Dress for the weather and bring warm layers, especially for the wagon ride. Fall outfits and tea-party hats are welcome, but dressing up is entirely optional! Wear shoes suitable for walking around the farm.

What time should I arrive?

You should plan to arrive at the farm by 5:45. Guests will have time to enjoy hot cider and photo-ops until 6:00 PM. Our sunset wagon ride departs at 6:00 PM, followed by tea service. The evening concludes at 7:30 PM.

Are children welcome?

Yes! This is a relaxed, seated tea experience. Every seated guest requires a $48 ticket, regardless of age, and receives the same food and activities.

How will the food be served?

Sandwiches, scones and sweets will be served on shared tiered trays, with an assortment provided for each ticketed guest. This is a set tea service rather than an unlimited buffet. Hot cider and water will also be available for non-tea drinkers.

What will the seating be like?

Guests will sit at decorated picnic tables with bench seating. Each table seats six, so smaller parties may share a table with other guests.

What about food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable if you cancel or cannot attend, as food and seating are reserved specifically for each guest. If Silver Bell Farm cancels the event, ticket purchases will be refunded.
