* CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we will provide a full refund up to 1 week before the event. We are unable to provide refunds if you cancel for any reason, including illness, less than one week before the event. Third-party purchase protection is available below in the event that you can't attend due to illness or emergency.
* Please do not purchase these tickets if you know that you won't be able to make it to the farm when it is snowing. Be prepared to attend in the event of inclement weather. Santa does his best to attend every session and we cannot provide refunds if the session is held. If Santa is unable to make it, or we need to close the farm, we will try to reschedule the entire session or add additional time slots to other sessions.

* Please note that there are no Wagon Rides or Barrel Train rides during Santa visits. Christmas trees and greenery will also not be available.
