* CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we will provide a full refund up to 1 week before the event. We are unable to provide refunds if you cancel less than one week before the event. Third-party purchase protection is available below in the event that you are unable to attend due to illness or an emergency.
* Please do not purchase these tickets if you know that you won't be able to make it to the farm when it is snowing. Be prepared to attend in the event of inclement weather. Santa does his best to attend every session; we cannot provide refunds if the session is held. If Santa is unable to make it, we will try to reschedule the entire session or add additional time slots to other sessions.
* Sessions are limited to 18 children and last approximately 1 hour.
* There is no charge for adults, or for siblings under 2 that are attending with a participating child, but who won't be decorating a cookie. Please try to limit the number of guests to 2 per participating child. This event is not recommended for children under 2.
* Tickets must be purchased online and in advance. We recommend that you book early because this event does sell out quickly.
